The Nineteenth annual Cazier reunion was held July 6 in Brigham City, Utah with president Boyd Cazier presiding. Mattie Eagar stressed the importance of family organizations for the benefit of future generations. Eleanor Call Neeley gave a brief history of William Bryan. Phillip Cazier said that Ethel Cazier whose story was published in news papers all over the country was his half sister whom he had not seen or heard from for 20 years. Boyd Cazier told the story of Johnson Army coming into the Salt Lake Valley to eliminate the Mormons. Benjamin Cazier was among the settlers. Earl D. Cazier was elected as president with Allen Cazier as Vice President. Charles B. Cazier was retained as Secretary and Mattie Eagar was retained as genealogist and Ronald Cazier was retained as Family Representative. One hundred additional book of William Cazier history were printed for a cost of $253.22. Fifty of the book have already been sold. Some copies were given to BYU Library and additional copies were given to the LDS Church History Library. There were only 40 in attendance.
